TRIUM Executive MBA Programme ranked number one in the world in Financial Times survey

The TRIUM Global Executive MBA Programme, in which LSE is a partner, has been ranked number one in the world by the Financial Times annual ranking of Executive MBA programmes.

TRIUM, a unique alliance between LSE, New York University Stern School of Business and HEC Paris, has ranked consistently highly in the survey but this year it has been recognised as the best in the world.

Exeter researchers investigate how oceans store greenhouse gas

A team from the University’s new ‘Exeter atmospheric and ocean sciences’ unit joined a research cruise earlier this year to investigate the change in storage of greenhouse gases in the waters of the North Atlantic Basin. Results of the research will help provide warning of any fundamental change in the North Atlantic Ocean, resulting in improved forecasts of the ocean's ability to uptake and store greenhouse gases.

Yorkshire businesses encouraged to work with University of York

Small and medium-sized businesses across Yorkshire and the Humber have the opportunity to work with the University of York through the funding initiative Small Innovation Projects (SIPs).

Run by the Yorkshire Innovation Fund, SIPs provide funding of up to £6,500 to work with the University on the technical feasibility of a new product or idea. This can include industrial research, providing new knowledge for developing and improving products, and experimental development.
